Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,
There is something deeply special about coming home. This Homecoming season, I am filled with gratitude — for the countless alumni who returned to celebrate our beloved University of the Virgin Islands, for our community members who joined in the parade, basketball games, beach picnic, and festivities, and for the spirit of connection
that reminds us all why UVI will forever be home.
As an alumna, I know the pride that comes with being part of this family. And as President, I am profoundly thankful for the opportunity to serve our students, faculty, and staff — and to live my dream of leading my Alma Mater into its next great chapter.
May we carry the warmth and joy of this homecoming season with us throughout the year. Once a Buccaneer, always a Buccaneer!
